Md. Alauddin Khan FCA, a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant, holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from the University of Dhaka. Mr. Khan's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including financial management, financial statement preparation, internal and external audit, inventory audit, feasibility reporting, corporate governance, strategic management, management reporting, costing, taxation, VAT, budgeting, financial analysis, and internal control system development. He also possesses strong experience in financial and management consultancy, business process improvement, inventory management, and assessment of financial feasibility for new projects and production lines. Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Khan has held key positions in reputable companies. He currently serves as Partner and Branch In-Charge of the Mirpur Branch of Chowdhury Hossain Rashid & Co., Chartered Accountants, and has also served as Financial Controller of Apex Footwear Limited. Previously, he held the position of Deputy General Manager (HOD), Finance and Accounts, at Dong Bang Group and National Polymer Industries Ltd., and served as Deputy Manager, Finance and Accounts, at Square Textile Ltd. Earlier in his career, he worked as Audit In-Charge at Anisur Rahman & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he gained significant experience in statutory audit, internal audit, financial statements, tax and VAT returns, and special and investigative audits.
